Jeremy Frommer Resigns as Enzolytics, Inc.'s CEO and Board Member

Creatd, Inc. (OTC: CRTD) confirms that Jeremy Frommer has officially resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Enzolytics, Inc. (OTC: ENZC) , effective immediately.

Mr. Frommer assumed leadership of ENZC during a period of significant instability. In his tenure, he executed a broad restructuring that included the termination of the prior executive team, resolution of longstanding shareholder conflicts, elimination of outstanding debt and liabilities, and the dismissal of multiple nuisance lawsuits. These efforts cleared the way for a comprehensive rebuild of the company’s foundation.

Mr. Frommer extends his best wishes to the board and leadership team of ENZC in their continued efforts to revitalize the business and unlock long-term shareholder value.
