NEW YORK, November 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ Creatd, Inc. (OTCQB: VOCL) ("Creatd" or the "Company") has announced it is set to resume trading for non-U.S. persons on Upstream, the innovative trading app for stocks and NFTs powered by Horizon Fintex (“Horizon”) and MERJ Exchange Limited (“MERJ”). The Company’s securities will be available for trading on Upstream for non-U.S. persons beginning at 10:00 am EST on Thursday, November 16, 2023, under the ticker symbol VOCL.

This strategic listing allows Creatd to offer shares to a global, digital-first audience that can deposit or buy the Company’s shares directly on Upstream. Trade executions are performed and settled in real-time, peer to peer, on a best bid/offer basis. There’s no short selling, no payment for order flow, or other market manipulations permitted on Upstream.

Creatd CEO and Chairman Jeremy Frommer commented, “It is usually quite difficult for retail investors outside of the U.S. to trade OTC securities or U.S. equities. Most U.S. brokerage firms do not offer the ability to deposit or trade OTC stocks. The only way to survive today’s market conditions is to invest in broadening a company’s shareholder base. There are very few execution and communication channels that can accomplish this goal. Our company is at the forefront of this discovery process.”

“We’re thrilled to have Creatd back on Upstream,” says Upstream Co-Creator Brian Collins. “We believe Upstream offers a remarkable solution for issuers that enables global investors to access U.S. equities and interesting companies without all the challenges commonly faced by retail investors outside the U.S. when depositing or trading smaller cap. U.S. securities.”
