Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 27 February 2026 is 54,281,776 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

As no shares are held in treasury the total number of voting rights in the Company is 54,281,776.

The above figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
