External Appointment

Costain, in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R), announces that Fiona MacAulay, non-executive director and remuneration committee chair, is a non-executive director of Dowlais Group plc (Dowlais) consequent upon the admission of Dowlais shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange today, 20 April 2023.  

As detailed in our 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, Fiona will step down as non-executive chair and chair of the remuneration committee of IOG plc after its AGM scheduled for 2 May 2023.
