Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, announces that its Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been mailed to shareholders and available on the Company's website at www.coroenergyplc.com.

Marco Fumagalli, Non-Executive director of the Company has advised that, following seven years as a Non Executive Director, he will not be standing for re-election at the forthcoming AGM.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Vigo Consulting, Sackville House, 40 Piccadilly, London W1J 0DR on 24 April 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
