Further re CFO Appointment
Further to the announcement of 3 March 2023, Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces that Ms Thouraya Walker, Chief Financial Officer, has joined the Board with effect from today. Mr Robert Lojszczyk, previous CFO, has stepped down from the Board following his retirement.
