Coral Products PLC 12 December 2000 For Immediate Release 12 December 2000 CORAL PRODUCTS PLC Directors' Share Dealings Coral Products Plc, ('Coral' or 'the Company'), one of Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of media packaging for Digital Versatile Discs (DVD), Videos and CDs, announces the following transactions by directors in the share capital of the Company. Mr D M Shalom, Finance Director, and Mrs Shalom sold 34,821 Ordinary shares at prices between 60 pence and 62 pence per share between 7 December and 11 December 2000 Mr J Ferster, Corporate Development Director, sold 34,821 Ordinary shares at a price of 60 pence per share on 11 December 2000 The Company was informed of the above on Monday 11 December 2000. Both transactions represent the exercise and sale of share options granted to Mr Shalom and Mr J Ferster under an approved Company Save as You Earn Scheme. Following the transactions, Mr D M Shalom and his spouse remain interested in 19,750 shares (0.1%) and Mr J Ferster remains interested in 2,908,360 shares (14.1%).
