Harrier Group PLC 25 May 2000 Harrier Group plc Harrier Consolidates its Acquisitions Harrier Group announces Harrier Zeuros Ltd Reading, Berks - 25 May 2000 Harrier Group plc (AIM: HRR), announced today the consolidation of its principle subsidiaries, Harrier Network Solutions Ltd and Harrier Storage Solutions Ltd with recently acquired Renet Ltd and Zeuros Ltd. The combined organisation will operate under the name of Harrier Zeuros Ltd, reflecting the company's status as a leading solutions provider, assisting companies to secure and enable e-business. 'The decision to merge the operating companies was a natural step to enable us to work more closely and effectively together,' commented Terry Radford, Managing Director at Harrier Group. Harrier Zeuros Ltd announces two new appointments, David Cheesman as Professional Services Director and Julia Nicholl who will take on the role of Operations Director.
