Conroy Diamonds & Gold PLC 23 July 2002 Conroy Diamonds and Gold plc Issue of Equity and Additional Listing Conroy Diamonds and Gold plc ('Conroy' or 'the Company') have placed 1,500,000 ordinary shares with clients of Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited, the Company's broker, at 10p per share to raise £150,000 (before expenses) of additional working capital for the Company. The additional funds will be utilised in Conroy's current exploration projects ongoing in Finland and Ireland. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market and dealings are expected to commence on 29 July 2002.
