Notice of IFRS 17 Briefing Call

CHL, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a pure-play Bermuda-based reinsurance business, today announces that it will be hosting a virtual meeting for analysts and investors via a webcast and conference call on 30 June 2023 1.00 pm UK time / 9.00 am Bermuda time on Conduit's approach to IFRS 17 and its impact on financial statements and disclosures, including presentation of the IFRS 17 2022 financial year comparatives.

The presentation that will be used during the webcast will be made available on the Investors section of Conduit Re's website at www.conduitreinsurance.com on the morning of 30 June 2023.
