Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of leading-edge computer products, systems and mission critical solutions used in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that the Company will today be posting to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, along with Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the Company's offices at Building 1230 (Second Floor), Waterside Drive, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Berkshire, RG7 4SA on Thursday 20 June 2024 at 9:30 am and Form of Proxy. A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will shortly be available from the Company's website www.gocct.com.

The Notice of AGM contains a resolution to approve the proposed final dividend of 1 pence per ordinary share, details of which were announced in the Company's final results announcement on 1 May 2024. Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 12 July 2024 to shareholders on the register on 28 June 2024.
