Concurrent Technologies appoints Haysmacintyre LLP as Auditors

Concurrent Technologies (AIM: CNC), the market leading specialists in the design, development, and manufacture of deployable embedded computer solutions for critical applications, announces that, following a rigorous tender process, it has appointed Haysmacintyre LLP as auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.  Haysmacintyre's re-appointment for the subsequent financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2024.
