Compass Group PLC (the Company) confirms that, having completed nine years' service, non-executive directors, Nelson Silva and Ireena Vittal, will not seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 February 2025 (the Meeting) and will retire following the conclusion of the Meeting.

Arlene Isaacs-Lowe will succeed Nelson Silva as the Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee following the conclusion of the Meeting.
