As CGAC continues to navigate the new regulations imposed by the OTC Markets, they would like to of Caren Currier as the new CEO upon the resignation of George Powell. Caren Currier “thanks George Powel for his hard work to the company and looks forwards to the exciting future and development of the company” As previously stated Caren Currier was brought to facilitate consistency and has now grown to operate the company. “Caren’s business knowledge and input will be highly valued” stated George Powell, the then CEO of Code Green Apparel upon her initial onboarding back in December of 2021.
Caren has over 25 years of experience in accounting. Caren started her professional career helping her father with his construction company. While attending college, Caren was invited to intern with a CPA firm that had a number of construction firms as clients. This experience resulted in Caren's pursuit of a career in cost accounting. Caren Currier serves as a Consultant/CFO/CEO for several OTC companies. We are pleased that Caren has decided to join with our management team.
