Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange from RBC Europe Limited, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's general meeting on 28 July 2022 and as part of its up to £30 million share repurchase programme announced on 2 March 2022. These purchases are the last purchases to be made under that programme, which has now been concluded.     

 

Date of purchase: 17 October 2022 

 

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 71,962

 

Lowest price paid per share (p): 219.5

 

Highest price paid per share (p):  226.0

 

Volume weighted average price paid per share (p): 224.3             

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
