CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO), a UK provider of IT and communications solutions to businesses and public sector organisations, announces that it received notification yesterday that Non-Executive Chairman, Simon Duckworth has purchased 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.89 pence per share.

Simon Duckworth now has a total beneficial interest in the Company (including shares held by his wife) of 26,950,000 ordinary shares, which represents 3.82 per cent of the issued share capital.
