Change of Company Secretary

 

The Board of Clarksons is delighted to announce the appointment of Rachel Fletcher FCG as Company Secretary with effect from 1 October 2025.

 

Rachel has been with Clarksons since August 2018 as Deputy Company Secretary, having previously been Deputy Company Secretary at Aldermore Group PLC and Assistant Company Secretary at Friends Life Group Limited.

 

The Company also announces the retirement of Deborah Abrehart as Company Secretary. Deborah served as Company Secretary of Clarksons since 1 December 2020, and the Board thanks her for her significant contribution to the governance of the Group and wishes her well in her retirement.
