Result of AGM

 

Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, reports that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2025, eight of the nine tabled resolutions were passed by the required majority.  Resolutions 1 to 7 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolution 9 was passed as a special resolution.
