Proposed Change of Name and TIDM

The Board of Pressure Technologies plc announces it intends to change the Company's name to Chesterfield Special Cylinders Holdings plc with the associated ticker of 'CSC'. The change of name will be subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held in March 2025.
