Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Pressure Technologies plc (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, has today published its notice of its 2024 annual general meeting (the "AGM"), which is available to download from the Company's website under 'Investors; Reports, Documents and Presentations'. The Company will shortly post its Annual Report and Financial Statements and the notice of the AGM to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.
The Company's AGM will take place on Thursday 21 March 2024 at 09:30 am at the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.
