Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Fiona MacAulay, a non-executive director of the Company, will take up an appointment as a non-executive director of Rosebank Industries plc with effect from today. As previously announced, Mrs MacAulay will step down as a director of the Company on 20 February 2026.
