Board Changes

Further to the announcement on 29 March 2023, Chapel Down, the market leader in English wines, confirms the appointment of Lord Michael Spencer of Alresford to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. The Company also confirms that Selina Emeny has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect and thanks her for her significant contributions.

The following information relating to Lord Michael Spencer of Alresford is disclosed pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the AQSE Growth Market - Apex Rulebook.

IPGL Limited, defined as a person closely associated ("PCA") with Lord Spencer, hold 45,645,250 ordinary shares in the Company and Lord Spencer also holds 178,571 ordinary shares in the Company in his own name. Lord Spencer's total beneficial holding in the Company is therefore 45,823,821 ordinary shares equivalent to 28.77 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
