Further to the announcement made on 28 November 2023 in relation to the distribution of shares in the Company held by Chelverton Growth Trust Plc ("CGT"), the Company announces that, as a result of that recent share distribution previously made on 15 March 2024 at a deemed price of £0.275, Ionic Investments SA has become a significant shareholder in CEPS. As a result of the distribution, Ionic Investments SA received 968,539 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.  To date no TR1 has been received by the Company.
