The Board of CEPS has noted the share price fall today.  Shareholders should be aware that Chelverton Growth Trust Plc ("CGT") published a circular on 1 November 2023 in which it detailed that its shareholding in the Company, which amounts to 5,460,301 shares (representing approximately 26 per cent. of the issued share capital of CEPS), will be distributed in specie pro rata to CGT shareholders, subject to the passing of a resolution at a CGT general meeting on 27 November 2023.

The directors of the Company do not know of any other reason for the fall in the CEPS share price today.
