Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Dinkie Heel PLC 12 July 2000 Dinkie Heel announces that it was informed today that Mr Robert J Mitchell, a director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 11 July 2000. Mr Mitchell's beneficial interest has increased to 66,145 shares, representing 0.4 per cent. of the entire issued share capital.
