Dinkie Heel plc announces that it was today informed that Mr M J Stowey, Executive Director of the Company and General Manager of Dinkie-FCE, purchased 50,000 shares in the Company, at a price of 7 pence per share, on 29 January 2001. Mr Stowey is now deemed to be interested in 1,285,899 shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.71 per cent. of the issued share capital.
