Transfer of Treasury Shares

Pursuant to LR 12.6.4, the Company confirms that 39,651,309 ordinary shares of 6 ¹⁴/₈₁ pence each were today transferred from treasury  to Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Centrica Share Incentive Plan at nil consideration.

The Company's issued share capital at close on 26 March 2024 consists of 5,907,846,138 ordinary shares of 6 ¹⁴/₈₁ pence each of which 548,081,363 ordinary shares are held in treasury, leaving a balance of 5,359,764,775 shares with voting rights of one vote per share.
