Outcome of audit tender process

Centrica plc announces, following the conclusion of a formal competitive audit tender process and the Board's endorsement, the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP (Deloitte) as its external auditor to take effect from, and including, the financial year ending 31 December 2027. Deloitte will also continue in its role as external auditor for the financial years ending 31 December 2025 and, subject to shareholder approval at the 2026 AGM, 31 December 2026.

Further details of the audit tender process, conducted by the Audit and Risk Committee, will be included in the Company's 2025 Annual Report & Accounts. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2027 Annual General Meeting.
