2023 Annual Report and Accounts

Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 15 February 2024 at 7am, the Company announces that it has today, 26 March 2024, published its 2023 Annual Report and Accounts (2023 Annual Report).

In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5R, it is announced that:

(a)  the 2023 Annual Report is publicly available on the Company's website on the following direct link: www.centrica.com/ar23; and

(b)  the 2023 Annual Report will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will then be available in full unedited text for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Additional information

A condensed set of the Company's financial statements and information on important events that have occurred during the 2023 financial year and their impact on the financial statements were included in the preliminary results announcement released on 15 February 2024 at 7am.
