Cassiar Gold CEO Marco Roque joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has released assay results from seven diamond drill holes from the 2022 program completed at the Bain vein target in the Cassiar South project area.
Roque tells Proactive the results have extended gold mineralization at East Bain with 14.6 metres (m) of 2.21 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, from 159.5m downhole, including 4m of 5.05 g/t gold, which has identified a potential offset continuation of the past-producing Bain vein system 90m from previous drilling.
Roque also shared with Proactive drill results from the Taurus West zone, which also showed very good numbers.
