Second Monthly Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Caspian Sunrise is pleased to announce that the Company's December dividend, its second monthly dividend, will total £1 million (approximately $1.21 million) and will be paid as follows:

 

Dividend:    0.0444 pence/share

Ex-Dividend Date: 15 December 2022

Record Date:  16 December 2022

Payment Date:    16 January 2023

 

Shareholders are reminded that payment of the Company's maiden dividend, the November dividend, will be made on 16 December 2022.
