Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will be held at 11.00 am on 30 June 2023, at the offices of Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW.

The formal notice has been posted on the company's website www.caspiansunrise.com/investors/circulars-documents and will be sent to shareholders in the next few days.

2022 audited financial statements

We expect to publish the 2022 financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 towards the end of June 2023.
