Cardiff Property PLC 15 May 2001 Letter to: Company Announcements Office I write to advise you that: The Cardiff Property plc has purchased 13,000 of its own ordinary shares of 20 pence each at a price of £4.92. The shares acquired are to be cancelled. Mr David Whitaker, a director of the company, has transferred the remaining 300 shares of his holding in the company at £4.92 to Netpage Communication Ltd, a company owned and controlled by him.
