Cardiff Property PLC 10 December 2004 The Cardiff Property plc ('the Company') 10 December 2004 Directors' shareholdings The Company announces that, on 9 December 2004, Richard Wollenberg, a director of the Company, exercised 45,000 options over ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ('Shares'). 10,000 options at £1.57 per Share and 15,000 options at £1.85 per Share were exercised under the Company's Executive Unapproved Share Option Scheme and a further 20,000 options were exercised at £2.86 per Share under the Company's 1998 Unapproved Share Option Scheme. Following this exercise of options, Mr Wollenberg will have an interest in 531,298 Shares, representing approximately 29.81% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, which currently stands at 1,782,580 Shares. The Shares resulting from this exercise of options form part of the Shares block listed by the Company on 19 January 2004. The Company further announces that, on 9 December 2004, David Whitaker, a director of the Company, made a market purchase of 2,000 Shares at £7.85 each. Following this purchase Mr Whitaker will have an interest in 7,000 Shares, representing 0.39% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
