Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Company") expects to announce its consolidated audited results for the year ended 31 March 2025 at 7.00 am on Friday 29 August 2025. 

The Company is pleased to announce that Frank Doorenbosch, Chief Executive Officer, and Ian Tichias, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the results for the year ended 31 March 2025 via the Investor Meet Company platform on 29 August at 09.00 am (BST).

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 am (BST) on 29 August 2025, or at any time during the live presentation.
