Notice of Half Year results for the six months ended 30 September 2025

Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Group"), a global precision engineering group with comprehensive, end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, expects to announce results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 on Friday 21 November 2025 at 7.00am.

The Company is pleased to announce that Frank Doorenbosch, Chief Executive Officer, and Ian Tichias, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the results for the period ended 30 September 2025 via the London Stock Exchange Sparklive platform on Friday 21 November at 9.00 am.
