Update re. technology patents

Further to the Company's announcement on 7 May 2024, the Board of CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems, is pleased to confirm that the Company has filed two further provisional patent applications which build upon the filings announced in December 2023. The Company will continue to apply for patents in relation to any new technology which it develops.
