N05/24 - CAP-XX Limited - Restoration of trading

1.   Stock Exchange Notice N04/24 issued on 27 March 2024 informed market participants of the settlement situation in CAP-XX Limited (TIDM: CPX, ISIN: AU0000XINAS1) and reminded member firms of their settlement obligations under the Rules of the London Stock Exchange ("the Exchange").  As a result of the delays to settlement, trading of CAP-XX Limited shares was temporarily suspended under Exchange Rule 1510.

2.   The Exchange will restore CAP-XX Limited to trading on 25 April 2024 with the restoration taking place at 07:30.
