CFO Responsibilities

Andrew Andrea appointed Chief Financial and Transformation Officer

Dublin, London, 11 July 2024: C&C Group plc ('C&C' or the 'Group') a leading, vertically integrated premium drinks company which manufactures, markets and distributes branded beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks across the UK and Ireland, announces that Chief Financial Officer ('CFO'), Andrew Andrea, has been appointed to the newly established role of Chief Financial and Transformation Officer with immediate effect.

Andrew, a finance executive with vast industry experience, joined C&C as CFO and an Executive Director on 1 March 2024. In addition to his role as CFO, Andrew will lead C&C's Transformation Programme, which is focused on simplifying operations and enhancing efficiencies across the business.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11(3).
