Caledonia notes the recent press speculation and confirms that Caledonia Private Capital is considering a possible acquisition of AIR-Serv Europe, a leading supplier of forecourt vending equipment.

There can be no certainty as to whether Caledonia will acquire AIR-Serv Europe, nor the terms of any transaction.
