Transfer of shares held in treasury

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 11^th April 2024 it transferred to participants in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 505 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2020 scheme at a price of 306 pence per share.  The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £1,545.30 in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 152,487 of its ordinary shares in treasury.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,726,811.
