Caffyns PLC 07 April 2003 For immediate release Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for 248 Ordinary Shares of 50p each ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will occur on 8th April 2003. The Ordinary Shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options under the Caffyns PLC Save As You Earn Scheme ('SAYE') and will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.
