Caerus Mineral Resources  (LON: CMRS), the Cyprus-based exploration and resource development company focused on developing copper-gold mineral resources to support the global "Clean Energy" initiative,   advises shareholders of an Amendment to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 1 June 2022 at 11 am. 

Following the two RNS announcements released on 26 May, 2022 regarding "Directorate Changes" and "Alliance with EV Metals Group", the Company is required to issue an Amendment to the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting and to announce this Amendment via an RNS.
