Bytes Technology Group plc, one of the UK's leading software, security and cloud services specialists, announces that non-executive director Mike Phillips has stepped down from the Board of BTG with immediate effect.

Erika Schraner will assume Mike's roles of Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair, the latter on an interim basis while the Board recruits a permanent replacement.

Patrick De Smedt, Board Chair, commented: "The Board would like to thank Mike for his contributions to BTG as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair."
