In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R (2), BTG notes that Shruthi Chindalur, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Pinewood Technologies Group plc with effect from 14 October 2025. On appointment to Pinewood Technologies Group plc, Shruthi will join the Nomination Committee.
