As at 28 February 2026, Bunzl plc's share capital consisted of 324,211,429 ordinary shares of 32 1/7 pence each. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Bunzl plc does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 324,211,429 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bunzl plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
