Aukett Group PLC 25 May 2004 AUKETT GROUP PLC (' Aukett Group') BOARD APPOINTMENTS Aukett Group, the international group of architects, engineers and designers are pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Beckers as Managing Director of European Operations and Mr Lutz Heese as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Beckers, 44, is an architect registered in Belgium. He spent 10 years at EPR Architects based in London as its European Director and since 1999 has been a Partner of Art & Build, a Brussels based architectural practice. He was appointed as a non-executive director to Aukett Group in March 2004. Mr Heese, 56, is a German registered architect. He is the owner and Chief Executive of Architekturburo Heese GmbH, an architectural practice based in Munich. He has been involved with Aukett Group in Germany for over 10 years through a number of joint ventures. He is currently the President of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects. No other details in respect of the appointment of Mr Heese are required to be disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
