Formation of ESG Committee

 

 

Bridgepoint is pleased to announce that it has formed a new Board committee to assist with oversight of environmental, social and governance matters (the "ESG Committee").  The ESG Committee is chaired by Carolyn McCall, and Angeles Garcia-Poveda is a member.  In due course when an additional independent non-executive director is appointed, it is expected that they will also join the ESG Committee.
