2023 Annual Report and Accounts

Bridgepoint announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

A copy of the 2023 annual report and accounts will shortly be available from www.bridgepoint.eu.

In conformity with DTR 6.3.5R(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2023 annual report and accounts as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.

FINAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT TIMETABLE
