Audit Committee Chair Succession

In accordance with Listing Rule LR9.6.11, Bodycote plc ("the Company") announces that Kevin Boyd has been appointed as the Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 24 May 2022 in succession to Ian Duncan.  Ian will continue as a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees, and his role as Senior Independent Director remains unchanged.

 

Kevin joined the Board on 1 September 2020 and is currently a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.  He is a chartered accountant and was previously a Chief Financial Officer in his executive career. He is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee of EMIS Group plc.
